This was in addition to 116 organizational coaches from&nbsp;Kenya Wine Agencies Limited &#8211; KWAL,&nbsp;Britam&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Smart Applications International Ltd&nbsp;who successfully did the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cdi-africa.com\/program-services\/executive-master-class-leading-with-coaching-emotional-intelligence\/\" target=\"_blank\">Leading with Coaching &amp; Emotional Intelligence program.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We applaud ICEA Lion who had 12 more leaders graduating as <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cdi-africa.com\/program-services\/engagement-and-productivity-coach\/\" target=\"_blank\">Certified Engagement &amp; Productivity Coaches<\/a>, evidently showing their commitment to developing their team &amp; embed coaching as a culture in the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year we were privileged to have the first cohort of coaches from Rwanda graduating. This achievement was made possible through our partnership with Redwood Leadership, who mobilized a group of 12 leaders in Rwanda to take part in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdi-africa.com\/program-services\/professional-coaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Global Diploma in Professional Coaching Program<\/a>. Other countries represented in the graduation included Kenya, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe.
