To ensure the highest levels of standards, the coaching index technical tool is only administered by certified coaches and who have to be trained and certified as practitioners through the rigorous Global Coaching Index (GCI) Practitioner program – an advanced coaching mastery program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The program has 36 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units, and is uniquely designed to develop, equip and multiply certified practitioner coaches who can effectively administer the Global Coaching Index assessment tool to leaders across organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In August, the Inaugural cohort of the GCI Practitioner Program kicked off with 15 delegates who are all certified and experienced coaches, and already serving as either external and internal coaches. With this new advanced certification, the internal coaches can effectively facilitate the progressive entrenchment of a coaching culture in their respective organizations, and external coaches can position themselves as global partners and experts for organizations seeking to embed coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “I am very excited about this Global Coaching Index Practitioner Program because I love solutions that come from Africa.
