{"id":297,"date":"2021-12-20T14:12:12","date_gmt":"2021-12-20T14:12:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cdi-africa.com\/blog\/?p=297"},"modified":"2022-02-11T05:27:21","modified_gmt":"2022-02-11T05:27:21","slug":"34-leaders-of-unga-plc-graduate-after-completing-a-leadership-masterclass-coaching-for-performance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cdi-africa.com\/blog\/34-leaders-of-unga-plc-graduate-after-completing-a-leadership-masterclass-coaching-for-performance\/","title":{"rendered":"34 Leaders of Unga Plc Graduate after completing a leadership masterclass: Coaching for Performance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Congratulations are in order for Unga Group Plc on achieving a great milestone towards embedding a coaching culture in the organization, starting from the top! &nbsp;On 30<sup>th<\/sup> November, 2021, we held the close-out leadership reflection workshop that also doubled up as the graduation ceremony for the leadership of Unga Group Ltd comprising of 34 leaders (ExCo, HODs, Regional Managers) following a successful completion of the <strong>Leadership Masterclass: Coaching for performance<\/strong>.&nbsp; This followed an 8- weeks journey of empowering the leaders with the strategic&nbsp;and practical coaching and leadership skills necessary for inspiring a sustainable high performance culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cSince we began the training, I have become a more responsive and deliberate leader.
