15th Cohort of the ICF-Accredited Global Diploma in Professional Coaching Kicks off
Our last cohort of 2021 has kicked off in earnest with a total of 18 delegates drawn from different professions and countries. We are therefore looking forward to rich and diverse discussions as we learn together and from each other. The program is 100% virtual and has 3 countries represented – Kenya, Rwanda, Zimbabwe. One of the gifts from the pandemic has been the immense online learning possibilities that it has created and we continue to expand our reach across the region.
Globally, coaching is one of the fastest growing industries. According to ICF Global, the estimated market size of coaching is expected to reach $20 billion USD by 2022, a testament that more organizations and individuals are using coaching services. ICF also notes that there is an increasing demand for specialized expertise with most individuals or organizations seeking out coaching services expecting their coaches to be certified or credentialed. We are happy to be a catalyst to accelerate growth of coaches and access to coaching in Africa..
