Special Invitation: Join us for the International Launch of the Global Coaching Index (GCI) System (FREE virtual event)

We are finally counting down days to the 18^th of November 2021 when we will be internationally launching the Global Coaching Index (GCI) System, A revolutionary coaching metrics ecosystem developed by Eileen Laskar, MCC over the last 5 years and powered by CDI-Africa Coaching Group. The virtual event set to happen from 2:00pm – 5:00 pm EAT will be hosting Senior Organization and Business Leaders, HR & Organization Development Professionals, Certified External and Internal coaches, and other coaching stakeholders from across the globe.

 This innovation was inspired by the need to measure the quantity and quality of coaching that leaders in organizations are delivering to their teams, and most specifically, their coaching mindset, disposition,  posture, language and capability. Ultimately, it’s all about leadership and organizational effectiveness. At the global scale, the GCI system will be contributing to the global quest and debate on the impact & ROI of coaching,  

We have lined up amazing global speakers and panelist who are experienced coaching experts drawn from Africa, Asia, Middle East and United States. We are honored to have Dr. Modupe Taylor-Pearce, the CEO of Breakfast Club Africa (BCA) & a Leadership Coach from Sierra Leone as our key note speaker.  ICF Global representative – Renée Robertson and ICF Kenya Chapter President – Dr. David Thuku are also special guest speakers during the launch.

We will have a rich panel discussion on coaching impact and return on investment (ROI) of coaching from our global panelists; Nankhonde Kasonde -van den Broek an ICF Accredited Professional Certified Coach from Zambia, Benita Stafford-Smith an ICF Accredited Master Certified Coach from Oman, Dr. Paras an ICF Accredited Master Certified Coach from India and Dr. Dumi Magadlela an Executive & Team Coach from South Africa.
