We finally launched the Global Coaching Index (GCI) System!

We are excited to have finally launched one of the most revolutionary coaching and leadership metrics system globally – The Global Coaching Index (GCI) System. This international event held on the 18th November, 2021 with speakers and attendees drawn from all the continents and from 31 countries, was a testament of the fact that this innovation is timely for the coaching world. For the first time, individual leaders as well as leadership teams in an organization can measure their coaching capability and disposition. Additionally, they can be able to identify their key strengths as well as the developmental areas thanks to the six-pillared framework that’s anchored on the global ICF coaching competency model. No more guess work; coaching and leadership effectiveness can now be measured, tracked, and improved. The impact of coaching on relevant business metrics as well as the return on Investment (RoI) can also be measured using the Global Coaching Index (GCI) system comprising of five (5) components/ sub-systems.
We had lined up top-notch international speakers and thought leaders in the coaching and leadership development arena drawn from Africa, Asia, Middle East and North America. In total, we had delegates drawn from 31 countries. Over 500 delegates registered form this international event and 250+ business leaders, HR practitioners & coaches graced this auspicious occasion. By the time of the launch, 25+ organizations had experienced various sub-systems and tools within the GCI system with very amazing feedback. All these numbers are a testament of the fact that this innovation is timely for the coaching world and we are more than geared and excited to scale this ground-breaking work globally.

GCI System: Endorsement and Impact Stories
Below are impact stories drawn from some of the organizational leaders who have so far experienced the GCI system
“The Global Coaching Index (GCI) system provided a structured yardstick. As we reflected on our reports as a team during the team coaching, it dawned on us how we could use this tool to strengthen the coaching leadership culture in the organization. Each leader knows the components they need to be working on and towards what mark”

“The assessments gave us an indication of the level of coaching that we have in the organization and as individuals and as a leadership team. From the assessments we were able to see our areas of development; what we needed to really work on, but also our areas of strength that we can leverage on in our leadership journey. The assessments created the foundation for us to build on, as we acquire the coaching skills and ultimately the leadership skills.”
