Another Coaching Milestone for Kenya Wine Agencies Limited (KWAL)!

We celebrate Kenya Wine Agencies Limited – KWAL for kicking off another phase in their journey to embedding a coaching culture in the organization, where Team Leaders have started their Leadership Masterclass: Leading with Coaching and Emotional Intelligence. During the launch of this 4th cohort to undergo a coaching program at KWAL, Mercy Mayaka, the Talent and Performance Manager shared why the organization continually invests in coach-training for their leaders:

Embedding a coaching culture is indeed a journey and not an event. We began the journey with the training of Team Leaders (Team Leader as Coach Program), proceeded to train both members of the Executive Committee (ExCo) and the all the Heads of Departments (Leadership Masterclass: Leading with Coaching and Emotional Intelligence program) and the journey to empowering the leaders at KWAL to lead with coaching continues. With the leadership training, goodwill and support, the business can expect a unified language and posture of coaching,
As we continue this partnership with KWAL, we are encouraged that coaching is becoming a way of life for the leaders. This was well articulated by Inneke Calitz, the Product Development Specialist who graduated in the first cohort of the Leading with Coaching and Emotional Intelligence program.
