Celebrating 15 years of Coaching Excellence in Africa!
A journey of 1000 miles begins with one step! 2022 marks 15 years since the first year CDI- Africa coaching Group was established and we are awed at how far we have come and what we have been able to achieve 15 years in.
As the 1st accredited Coach Training Organization in East & Central Africa, we have been privileged with the opportunity of setting pace for professional coaching in Kenya, East Africa and Africa at large. We are honored to have our journey marked with numerous stories of coaching impact and transformation of individuals and organizational cultures. The past 15 years have allowed us to live out our vision of embedding coaching in organizations and society through training and certifying 1200+ coaches spread across 13 African Countries, USA and Europe and partnering with 35+ organizations so far, to train 1000+ leaders on coaching and work with them to adopt the coaching leadership style. Our goal of maximizing human potential has also been achieved through offering coaching services to 700+ clients over the past 15 years. Our journey thus far has been nothing short of incredible and only made possible through our valued partners.
In the coming months, we look forward to sharing our story with you – from where it all began, recognizing our partner organizations that have greatly impacted their spaces of influence through coaching, sharing stories of impact and celebrating the individuals who have and continue to champion coaching alongside us.
In the spirit of embedding coaching across all sectors of society, as we celebrate our 15 years of existence, this year we plan to actively elevate the visibility of coaching through running what we call coaching drives – aimed at linking individuals who are in need of coaching and from various backgrounds and professions with our pool of coaches across Africa.
