The truth of the matter is; the current state of the marketplace is exponentially unpredictable. However, are all overt characteristics of the post-COVID-19 era. Therefore, in spite of this unpredictability, it is certain that the current marketplace presents itself as locked performance – limited potential.

The impact of transformational leadership can have profound, life changing effects as people think, behave, work and live differently.

It is the means through which any thriving organization can take charge of the unhealthy unpredictability plaguing the current marketplace and propel their performance to the next level: a higher and more sustainable point.
