The Lock

The truth of the matter is; the current state of the marketplace is exponentially unpredictable. Declining employee engagement, greater employee resignation, dwindling employee accountability and a lack of a solid, growing leadership pipeline for leadership succession. However, are all overt characteristics of the post-COVID-19 era. Therefore, in spite of this unpredictability, it is certain that the current marketplace presents itself as locked performance – limited potential.

  • Solutions to fatigue and burnout,
  • A sense of purpose that is renewed and revised,
  • Social and personal integration,
  • A sense of shared identity, or
  • A feeling of being valued by their organisations/leaders,

determines employee, and thus organizational performance. Conclusively, then, this unpredictability is rooted somewhere: suboptimal leadership.

Transformative leadership involves helping people reach their God-given potential so they can make the most of their lives and benefit other people (and the businesses they work in). The impact of transformational leadership can have profound, life changing effects as people think, behave, work and live differently.

Transformative leadership is what activates the employee to get to the place of increased engagement and productivity, and ultimately scaled business performance. It is the means through which any thriving organization can take charge of the unhealthy unpredictability plaguing the current marketplace and propel their performance to the next level: a higher and more sustainable point.
