34 Certified Coaches Graduated at our 8th Annual Graduation!
Our 8th Annual graduation was held on the 20th of May 2022 and had us officially graduate 34 newly certified coaches! This entailed 7 Certified Executive Leadership Coaches and 27 Certified Professional Coaches. We are elated as we continue to be a great contributor to meeting the growing demand for professional and executive leadership coaches in Africa and the world.
Our theme for the graduation was Unlocking Performance Through Coaching & Human-centered Leadership and we were privileged to have speakers who inspired our graduating coaches on the journey ahead of them. Our founder and C.E.O, Eileen Laskar, MCC, shared a very special and timely message to the graduates on High Performance Fueled by Clean Energy. Catch the riveting speech here.
Our keynote speaker, Commissioner Catherine Wahome, the current Human Resource Development and Management Advisor for the Ministry of Public Service, Gender, Senior Citizens Affairs, and Special Programs, shared nuggets of wisdom to our coaches from her experience in her coaching and leadership journey. In the spirit of celebrating the organizations that continue to invest in the coaching philosophy and agenda by partnering with us in the past year, we notably applaud UNGA Group for the major milestone in their journey of embedding coaching as a culture in the organization by training 34 leaders (ExCo, HODs, Regional Managers) through our Leadership Masterclass: Coaching for performance. Kenya Wine Agencies Limited – KWAL also continue to make progress in embedding coaching in the organization as they trained a further 12 team leaders through our Leadership Masterclass: Leading with Coaching and Emotional Intelligence Program.
