Advancing Coaching Within Organizations & Across Borders: 51 More Certified Coaches Graduated!
Our 7th Annual graduation held on the 21st of May 2021 had us officially graduate 51 coaches who went through our Engagement & Productivity, Professional Coaching & Executive Leadership global diploma programs. This was in addition to 116 organizational coaches from Kenya Wine Agencies Limited – KWAL, Britam & Smart Applications International Ltd who successfully did the Leading with Coaching & Emotional Intelligence program.
We applaud ICEA Lion who had 12 more leaders graduating as Certified Engagement & Productivity Coaches, evidently showing their commitment to developing their team & embed coaching as a culture in the organization.
This year we were privileged to have the first cohort of coaches from Rwanda graduating. This achievement was made possible through our partnership with Redwood Leadership, who mobilized a group of 12 leaders in Rwanda to take part in our Global Diploma in Professional Coaching Program. Other countries represented in the graduation included Kenya, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe. Through more collaboration efforts and strategic partnerships, we are eager to expand our reach to more organizations & African countries in the coming year.
